2. Product Use & Safety Disclaimer

Handcrafted Variations: Our products are crafted in small batches. Minor variations in appearance, color, or weight are normal characteristics of artisanal products and do not constitute defects.
Candle & Wax Melt Safety: Burn within sight. Keep away from flammable objects, drafty areas, children, and pets. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Trim wicks to 1/4 inch before each burn, and discontinue use when 1/2 inch of wax remains.
Fragrance & Skin Sensitivity: Topical and fragrance products are intended solely for their specified use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately. Lune & Laurel Collective is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed personal allergies or improper product use.

Lune & Laurel Collective shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products, delays in shipping beyond our control, or temporary site unavailability. All products and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible by law.

Our cosmetic and topical products comply with standard U.S. cosmetic labeling guidelines. Over-the-Counter (OTC) topical products, such as hand sanitizers, are formulated in accordance with applicable FDA regulations and requirements.
